Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for proactively attracting new customers to sell Vena Solutions. The terms B2B, targets and leads are nothing new to you.

The role will challenge you to

Connect with C-suite financial professionals to educate, inform and guide them to find a solution that streamlines and automates their financial processes. You will focus on the DACH and NORDIC regions to actively put Vena Solutions on the radar of European companies.

With your passion for sales, drive and past sales experience, you will independently target and approach potential clients. The role will consistent of, but not limited to:

  • Conducting executing market research on potential new business
  • Creating brand awareness/marketing the company (Vena Solutions)
  • Generating and qualifying leads
  • Utilizing the current database to track, maintain and upkeep data
  • Scheduling client meetings

How you do this is largely up to you, however you will receive guidance from our software partner, Vena Solutions and your team at Finext.

  • Compensation ranging between €55.000 and €75.000. This compensation consists of an annual salary with opportunity to earn commissions, mobility allowance and 8% holiday pay

Specifically for your role it means

You will create positive relations and work closely with the Sales Development UK team. You will regularly visit your Vena colleagues in their London office and be in consistent communication with them to develop your knowledge of the business, product and industry.

Vena Solutions is an international software solution that focuses mainly on the digitization of financial processes such as (predictive) planning, forecasting and budgeting.


What you bring to the table

You have an entrepreneurial mindset and have experience working independently. You have strong communication skills and have a strong sense of organization, sales expertise and personality to connect with the right people to sell Vena Solutions directly.

You will work closely with other sales team members at Finext, as well as the Sales Development team at our Partner, Vena Solutions. Both teams will aid you in finding the best approach to generate and qualify leads. You have experience working in different regions and have the ability to make international connections.

Strong Plus: Proficient verbal and written skills in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or German.
